Jordan Bahnsen, Minot, charged with shooting coin machine with handgun

Jordan Bahnsen, 24, Minot, accused of burglarizing Paradise Spas in Minot in June and stealing a motorcycle is also charged in McHenry County with shooting a coin machine with a handgun at the Buggy Bath Car Wash.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the Northeast District, Bahnsen pried at a change machine and a wall with a pry bar and then shot the change machine with a 9 mm handgun. The damages were in excess of $2,000. He is charged with Class C felony criminal mischief. Bahnsen is also charged with felon in possession of a firearm, a Class C felony, in McHenry County.

Bahnsen is also facing multiple theft-related charges in district court in Ward County.
