Highway Patrol makes big marijuana, meth bust after traffic stop in Fargo

FARGO – The North Dakota Highway Patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in Fargo on Sunday and discovered 30 bundles of methamphetamine weighing 32 pounds and 54 bundles of marijuana weighing 35 pounds in the vehicle, according to a press release.

The driver, Vikkie See Vue Lor, 37, and her passenger Cheng Yang, 29, both of Sacramento, Calif., were arrested for felony possession of meth with intent to deliver and felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
