Three Las Vegas residents are accused of conspiring to deliver oxycodone at the Sierra Inn in Minot on Tuesday.

Donald T. Rodgers, 38, Rolando Lamar Brown, 36, and Silhouette Lamesha Griffin, 29, were all scheduled to make initial appearances on felony drug charges on Tuesday in district court in Minot.

Rodgers, Brown and Griffin are all charged with criminal conspiracy to deliver oxycodone, a Class B felony, possession of oxycodone with intent to deliver, a Class B felony, and ingesting marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Brown is also charged with an additional count of delivery of oxocydone, a Class B felony. All were also charged with Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, a woman who is on probation for delivery of oxycodone, was stopped outside the motel early Tuesday and admitted to buying oxycodone pills from Rodgers at the motel. A man who is a known user of oxycodone told law enforcement that he had enquired about purchasing oxycodone from a man at the hotel.

Law enforcement officers located Rodgers, Brown and Griffin in a parked vehicle outside the Sierra Inn, smoking marijuana.
