Man sentenced on delivery of oxocydone charge

A 26-year-old Minot man was sentenced to time served and three years supervised probation for delivery of oxycodone in Minot on March 16, 2016.

Craig Anthony Martin pleaded guilty to one count of Class B felony delivery of a controlled substance in district court in Minot on Wednesday. Judge Gary Lee sentenced him to five years, with all time suspended but time served of 12 days, and the three years of probation. He must also pay $720 in court costs.

The sentence is concurrent with another drug dealing charge Martin is currently serving at the North Dakota State Penitentiary. He was sentenced to 10 years in that case in the summer of 2016, with a requirement that he serve five years, followed by three years of supervised probation.
