Minot teen charged with unauthorized use of credit card
A 19-year-old Minot woman is accused of stealing a credit card and making fraudulent transactions at Minot High School-Magic City Campus in October 2016.
Tiara Keishan Levy is charged with Class B felony unauthorized use of personal identifying information.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, another girl left her backpack with her wallet inside out in gym class on Oct. 3, 2016. Levy admitted to stealing the wallet and then used the card at the Magi Market. She had agreed to pay back the money following an “accountability conference” at the school but did not pay back the $1,368.50 by the agreed upon time. Levy was 18 at the time of the theft.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 19 before Judge Richard Hagar.
