Woman accused of stabbing man
A 23-year-old Minot woman is accused of stabbing a man with a pocket knife during a domestic dispute Sunday at a southwest Minot address.
Brittany Michaela Zuck is charged with aggravated assault-domestic violence, a Class C felony carrying a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. She made an initial appearance in district court in Minot on Monday.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Zuck and the man were arguing. Zuck went into the bathroom, he followed and she grabbed the knife and stabbed him.
