Minot man facing theft charge

St. Croix

A 24-year-old Minot man is now facing another theft charge.

According to court documents, Tucker Kruze St. Croix is accused of selling property taken during a burglary at a northwest Minot home on Oct. 1, 2016. An Xbox One gaming system, three Xbox controllers, a Turtle Beach wireless headset, an Xbox controller charger and charging stand were stolen. The property was valued at $1,215. The burglary victim later found some of the property advertised on classified advertising online sites. The seller of the property told police he bought the items from St. Croix.

St. Croix is currently serving a two year sentence at the North Dakota State Penitentiary for possession of a controlled substance.

He is scheduled to make an appearance on the Class C felony theft charge on Tuesday in district court in Minot. He faces up to five years in prison if convicted of the theft.
