Abandonment of animals (Class B misdemeanor) – Dawn Marie Gunville, 41, 1018 Adams Avenue, granted a deferred imposition of sentence, $196 restitution.

Pit bull ordinance (Class B misdemeanor) – Wyatt Tyler Knutson, 625 4th Street NE, five days, five days suspended, remove pit bull from the city limits by Nov. 22 and inform animal control officer, $200 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments.
