Country star to fill 4 Bears stage

Dustin Lynch will fill the 4 Bears Casino with country music on October 14.

The country star made his musical debut in 2013 and after five years, he’s gained a fairly large fan base with three albums and many hit songs. Of course, music has always played a large role in Lynch’s life.

“I grew up with the music always on. Country music just spoke to me and spoke of life. For me, country singers were always like superheroes,” Lynch said.

His online bio describes him as the “heir to George Strait’s throne” and that he holds a unique place in country music. One of his favorite parts of being a professional singer is performing.

“I live to be on stage. I love the feeling, the connection. I love how special life music is,” Lynch said.

He’s only been to North Dakota a few times before, but is excited to come back, saying that there’s a good fan base up here. He’s excited for the concert and hopes it’ll be a great, fun time.

He has recently finished touring with Brad Paisley, one of the many country stars he is a fan of. One of the many perks of his job is getting to work with the artists who inspired him and connected him to music.

Along with being a popular singer, Lynch has started his own clothing line, Say Country. Lynch says it’s more than just a brand, it’s a lifestyle. His clothing line was greatly inspired by where and how he grew up.

His performance will start at 7 p.m. in the Events Center at 4 Bears Casino. Tickets vary in price and can be purchased at the 4 Bears Player Club, online at 4bearscasino.com, or call at 628-7575.
