Brady Martz & Associates announces promotions

Brady Martz & Associates has made several promotions effective in the new year.

Bradley Yoder was named manager. He is originally from Williston and graduated from Minot State University in May 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy. He began working full-time at Brady Martz and Associates in Minot after his internship in 2013. Yoder works mostly in the non-profit industry performing audits and tax return preparation.

KateLynn Albers was promoted to senior associate. She is originally from Hazen and graduated from Minot State University in May 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with minors in fraud examination and finance. She is a CPA and started working at Brady Martz and Associates in Minot in 2015. She works in the A&A and tax department.

Promoted to senior associate was Bethany Cichonsky.

Cichonsky was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Shawnee State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. She worked at Coffman Engineers in Project Controls until October 2015. She began working at Brady Martz and Associates in November 2015 and became a CPA in February 2017. She works in the tax department and primarily on non-profits in the A&A department.

Katelynn Denne was promoted to senior associate. She is a Minot native and graduated from Minot State University in 2015 with degrees in accounting and finance. She began working at Brady Martz and Associates in Minot as an intern in January 2015 and started full-time in July 2015.

Mary Kohler was promoted to senior associate.

Kohler began working at Brady Martz and Associates in Minot in May 2015 and is a bookkeeper mainly working in the oil and gas industry. She also does consulting work to oil operators. She graduated from Minot State University in December 2002 with a bachelor of science degree in finance.

Mary Lauinger, senior associate, is originally from Linton and graduated from Minot State University with a bachelor’s of accountancy degree in 2013. She joined Brady Martz and Associates in January 2014 and works primarily in the outsourcing department in addition to the tax department.

Michael Montonye, senior associate, is originally from Rugby and graduated from Minot State University in May 2015. He has been with Brady Martz and Associates in Minot since January 2015 when he started as an intern. He works in both A&A and Tax.

Senior Associate Paige Phillips was born and raised in Minot. She graduated from Bishop Ryan High School and then jumped across the street to Minot State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance in 2014. She started at Brady Martz and Associates in January 2014. She works primarily in the outsourcing and tax departments.

Andrea Purseglove, senior associate, is a Minot native and joined Brady Martz and Associates in January 2015. She received her bachelor of accountancy degree from Minot State University in May 2015 and became a CPA in September 2017. Purseglove specializes in not-for-profit accounting and auditing, oil and gas bookkeeping, and also works in the tax department.

Brady Martz & Associates has offices in Bismarck, Dickinson, Grand Forks and Minot as well as in Crookston and Thief River Falls, MN.
