Bradfield completes leadership training

Training completed by Head Start executive Kelly Bradfield will ultimately benefit children and their families from Three Affiliated Tribes Head Start in New Town, ND. Kelly is one of 37 graduates of the 2017 UCLA Head Start Management Fellows Program held from July 24-Aug. 4. The Fellows Program is an intensive 12-day leadership and management development program conducted at the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles.

The program was developed in 1991 to strengthen the management and leadership skills of Head Start administrators and is currently funded by the Head Start National Center on Program and Management and Fiscal Operations.
