Liccini promoted at MSU
The North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities at Minot State University announced that Hilory Liccini has been appointed assistant director. She will take the position of Mary Mercer who is retiring in July.
Liccini holds a bachelor’s degree in communication science disorders from Nazareth College of Rochester, N.Y. and a master’s degree in elementary education from University of West Florida in Pensacola, Fla. She has been with NDCPD for seven years, most currently in the role of principal investigator and research associate for projects on autism, early intervention, and community behavioral supports.
