Rising country star Ned LeDoux is blazing a trail of country hits with his latest album titled “Forever a Cowboy.”

Inspired by the grit and wholesome wisdom rooted in farm life, the Wyoming native upholds the cowboy’s code of hard work, honesty and treasuring family.

On Saturday at 4 Bears Casino & Lodge, audiences can anticipate an evening of passionate vocals, captivating storytelling and spirited musicianship.

For LeDoux, “Forever a Cowboy” is a collection of songs that celebrates the pride of the prairie while giving thanks to faith and family.

“I’ve always kind of done things my own way,” LeDoux said. “I’m a fairly simple guy who doesn’t believe in complicating things too much. My belief in my faith and my family is the most important thing to me. I appreciate the support of my fans and I’m going to stick to my guns and do what I do best.”

Known for giving heartfelt performances, LeDoux bares his soul to concertgoers with songs expressing personal freedom, overcoming obstacles and remaining true to one’s self.

In the hit single “Forever a Cowboy,” LeDoux sings a stirring tribute to cowboys across the country.

“I’ve been working on this song for a long time,” LeDoux said. “This song describes what I’ve worked for, what I stand for and the parts of life I truly appreciate. ‘Forever a Cowboy’ is a song about the kind of folks I grew up with, it’s for the cowboys.”

Opening with a commanding guitar rift, LeDoux salutes cowboys with impassioned lyrics matched by the bold sound of an acoustic guitar.

“Forever a cowboy, he defines the word grit, his only bad habit is he don’t know when to quit,” LeDoux sings.

Following his emphatic introduction, LeDoux’s vocal and lyrical prowess is amplified by a harmonious bass line paired with dynamic drumming and an accentuating fiddle.

“I’ve never been around anybody who works as hard as cowboys,” LeDoux said. “I really love the code of the cowboy.”

When LeDoux isn’t watching his favorite film “Lonesome Dove,” he’s reflecting on the lessons learned from his father, Chris LeDoux.

As the son of a beloved country singer and rodeo cowboy, LeDoux describes his father as an inspiration.

LeDoux’s personal connection and tribute to his father can be heard in the single titled “The Hawk.”

“My dad never really lost his inner child,” LeDoux said. “He was always really playful and loved to play practical jokes on people. Once, dad jokingly asked me and my brothers, ‘When you die, if you could come back to earth, what would you want to be?’ I said I want to be grizzly bear or a mountain lion. When we turned the question back to dad, he looked up to the sky and said he wished to return as a hawk.”

From start to finish, “The Hawk” serenades its listeners with the melodic yet simplistic strumming of a guitar.

True to form, LeDoux honors his musical intentions by creating a song that features meaningful words and impactful musicianship.
